Please review before booking. Clear policies keep the appointment smooth for everyone.

A $10 non-refundable digital deposit is required. It goes toward your final balance if you attend.

Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is received and your requested date/time is approved.

There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the deposit may be lost and rescheduling may be required.

24-hour cancellation notice is required. Deposits cannot be transferred.

No-call/no-show appointments lose the deposit. A new deposit is required to book again.

Extra guests and children are not allowed unless approved before the appointment.

Designs should be chosen before arrival. Design changes depend on available time.

Free repairs within 5 days for approved service-related issues. Repairs after 5 days may cost extra.
